1. Agreement and eligibility

By using FocusFlow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction and be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

FocusFlow provides focus timers, planning tools, soundscapes, routines, progress and reward features, optional AI-assisted task breakdown, and ephemeral co-working rooms. FocusFlow is a productivity tool—not medical, psychological, emergency, or professional health advice—and is not a substitute for qualified care.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service; disrupt rooms; harass others; upload unlawful or harmful content; impersonate people; probe security; automate abusive traffic; evade limits; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights. We may restrict or terminate access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid plans are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store displays the price, billing period, trial, tax, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store account before renewal. Billing, cancellation, and store refunds are governed by the store's terms and applicable law. Restoring purchases requires the same store account. Deleting FocusFlow data does not cancel a subscription.

5. Content, rooms, and ownership

You retain rights in content you enter and grant FocusFlow the limited permission needed to process it to operate the service. Room chat and presence are ephemeral; participants can see what you share while the room is active. Do not share sensitive information in rooms. FocusFlow software, branding, soundscapes, and provided content remain owned by FocusFlow App or its licensors.

6. Availability and liability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or require maintenance. Use reasonable backups and export tools for important information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

7. Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated as reasonably appropriate, and the date above will be revised. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service and delete your account. Questions: support@focusflowmobile.com.

1. Kabul ve uygunluk

FocusFlow'u kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul edersiniz. Bulunduğunuz ülkedeki asgari dijital onay yaşını karşılamalı ve bu sözleşmeyi yapma ehliyetine sahip olmalısınız.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

FocusFlow; odak sayacı, planlama, ses ortamları, rutinler, ilerleme/ödül araçları, isteğe bağlı yapay zekâ destekli görev parçalama ve geçici ortak çalışma odaları sunar. FocusFlow bir üretkenlik aracıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik, acil durum veya profesyonel sağlık tavsiyesi değildir ve uzman desteğinin yerini tutmaz.

3. Hesap ve kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan, kimlik bilgilerinizin korunmasından ve hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hizmeti veya odaları bozmayın; taciz, yasa dışı/zararlı içerik, kimliğe bürünme, güvenlik yoklaması, kötüye kullanılan otomasyon, sınırları aşma ya da fikrî mülkiyet ve gizlilik ihlali yapmayın. Kullanıcıları, hizmeti veya yasal uyumu korumak için erişim kısıtlanabilir ya da sonlandırılabilir.

4. Abonelikler

Ücretli planlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Fiyat, dönem, deneme, vergi ve yenileme koşulları satın alma öncesi mağazada gösterilir. Abonelikler mağaza hesabından yenileme öncesinde iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenebilir. Faturalama, iptal ve iadelerde mağaza koşulları ile yürürlükteki hukuk uygulanır. FocusFlow verisini silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

5. İçerik, odalar ve mülkiyet

Girdiğiniz içerikteki haklar sizde kalır; hizmeti sunmak için gereken sınırlı işleme iznini FocusFlow'a verirsiniz. Oda sohbeti ve varlık geçicidir; paylaştıklarınızı oda açıkken katılımcılar görebilir. Odalarda hassas bilgi paylaşmayın. FocusFlow yazılımı, markası, sesleri ve sağlanan içerik FocusFlow App veya lisans verenlerine aittir.

6. Kullanılabilirlik ve sorumluluk

Hizmet değişebilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir veya bakım gerektirebilir. Önemli bilgiler için dışa aktarma araçlarını ve makul yedekleri kullanın. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde kesintisiz/hatasız çalışma garantisi verilmez ve dolaylı kayıplara ilişkin sorumluluk hariç tutulur. Zorunlu tüketici hakları dâhil hukuken sınırlandırılamayan hak ve sorumluluklar etkilenmez.

7. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Hizmet veya bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler makul yöntemlerle bildirilir ve yukarıdaki tarih yenilenir. Güncel koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız kullanımı bırakıp hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Sorular: support@focusflowmobile.com.
